3. Rellenad la solicitud

1. Grabar Confirma
2. Generar justificante (entregar fotocopia secretaría del Centro)
IMPORTANTE (casos):
1. Confirmada (pendiente de presentación)
2. Presentada (imprimir). Confirma que la solicitud es CORRECTA
